Let's Play Soccer!
MASC would like to spread the love of soccer to the whole community. Please let your friends and family know about MASC. We are very fortunate to have such a nice facility to play soccer. We need volunteers to help this soccer organization to thrive. Without volunteers, MASC would not exist. You could volunteer as little as an hour a week. It is a great way to invest in the future of Marshalltown. Please let us know how we can make our club better.

Volunteers Needed!
Traveling Soccer Opportunities:
Many players and parents have expressed
interest in traveling soccer. MASC will be
starting to form new traveling soccer teams
soon. This opportunity is available to all
that are 9 years old through 15 years old. These
teams will have the opportunity to play
against teams throughout Central Iowa. Half of the
games will be played at home and the rest
away. Most teams do not conduct tryouts and
are filled by a first come, first served basis.

send us an email. Incomplete Registration Forms Incomplete registration forms will be returned to the families to be properly completed. All forms must have the name, address, date of birth and home phone number for every player along with a parent signature. Payment is due at the time of registration.
Families who did not meet their payment obligations do run the risk of their child not being placed on a team and/or run the risk of having their child pulled from participation until such time that their account is brought current.

Paper registrations accepted March 5th: Coaches meeting March 19th: Practices Start Week of March 19th: Equipment pickup 5:30-6:30pm at MASC equipment shed March 31st- April 1st: First Weekend of games April 7th and 8th: Easter weekend (No MASC games) May 26th and 27th: Memorial Day weekend. WEATHER
We play soccer in sun and rain (and
sometimes snow). Canceling or changing practices due
to inclement weather
Should rain fall be extensive, to where fields might be damaged if played upon, coaches will be notified via email and when possible the web site will be updated with instructions.
Recreational games canceled due to rain will not be rescheduled. IPSL, GDMJSL and Urbandale League games postponed or canceled due to rain may be rescheduled at the discretion of the league director with input from the coaching staff.

Team Formation Policy
In November 2007, the MASC Board of Directors adopted a team formation policy that aligns with the Iowa Soccer Association. The practices outlined in this policy will be those practiced by the MASC board in forming teams at the recreational, select and premier levels.
